Planning chiefs in Birmingham have approved designs for a 14-storey office block in the city.
Four Axis Square will be built on land next to the Axis building in Holliday Street as part of a wider masterplan for the city centre site.

Regional director Ray Willis said: Securing this latest consent is another positive step forward as we progress with our Axis Square plans.
The redevelopment and regeneration of the site can provide a range of benefits for the city, vastly improve connectivity with nearby locations and create a vibrant place to work, eat and shop in the heart of the city, Willis said.
A report published last week ahead of the latest planning committee meeting at Birmingham City Council had recommended the application be rejected.
A contribution of £232,460 towards public realm and lighting works had proved a sticking point between the London-based developer and the authority but an agreement has now been reached.
This meant councillors unanimously approved the 274,189 sq ft project.
That is a part of the £985,000 contribution agreed at the outline planning application stage for the redevelopment of the overall site.
The application site next to the Mailbox currently houses the well-known Axis building but this is due to be demolished and replaced as part of the overall plans.
The site was used as a railway depot in the 1920s by the British Railways Board Residuary.
Plans for the site were first unveiled in 2016 and the overall vision is to have a series of office blocks, varying in height from five to 23 storeys.
