Molo has partnered with OMS Originations, the cloud-based lending origination platform from One Mortgage System, as it continues to develop its digital-first buy-to-let proposition for intermediaries.

OMS Originations is designed to streamline the end-to-end property finance journey, providing processing capability while keeping all parties informed throughout the application process.

Molo said the partnership will support a fully digital experience for its broker partners, with a focus on faster decisions and simplified case management.

Molo has surpassed £1 billion of mortgage completions to date and operates across the UK and overseas landlord market, offering a range of buy-to-let products supported by flexible criteria.
