The scheme applies to mortgage brokers and intermediaries using the SortRefer platform and provides additional rewards alongside standard referral fees, based on the number of completed conveyancing cases during the year
SortRefer has announced the return of its Sort Club loyalty scheme, which will run from 1st January to 31st December 2026.
The scheme applies to mortgage brokers and intermediaries using the SortRefer platform and provides additional rewards alongside standard referral fees, based on the number of completed conveyancing cases during the year.
Sort Club operates on a tiered structure, with brokers progressing through a series of thresholds linked to case completions.
Entry begins at 15 completed cases, with further tiers reached at higher volumes, culminating in an Elite level for brokers completing 150 or more cases across the year.
According to SortRefer, brokers who move through the tiers receive incremental rewards, with the highest tier providing vouchers with a value of up to £350.
The business said more than 2,000 brokers and intermediaries have taken part in the scheme since its launch in 2021, with 2025 marking its busiest year to date in terms of reward fulfilment.
Brokers and intermediaries holding a free SortRefer account are automatically enrolled in the scheme, with progress tracked through completed cases submitted via the platform.
SortRefer was launched in 2009 and provides conveyancing and related legal services to brokers and their clients. The business forms part of Sort Group, which also includes Sort Legal.
Kevin Tunnicliffe, chief executive officer at SortRefer, said: Sort Club has become a key part of how we recognise and reward the loyalty of our broker and intermediary partners.
The continued growth of the scheme, and the record levels of engagement we’ve seen over the past year, highlight just how valuable it has become to our clients, he said.
He added: As we move into 2026, we remain focused on delivering a platform that supports brokers through the conveyancing process, while also recognising the volume of business they place through SortRefer.
