The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has added specialist property finance lender, Glenhawk, to its panel.

Glenhawk is a non-bank lender which offers flexible funding across the residential and commercial sectors.

The Right Mortgage member firms will have access to the lender’s range of short-term property finance solutions, including regulated as well as unregulated bridging products.

Glenhawk works with advisers in areas such as acquisitions, refinancing and development, with loans typically ranging from 250,000 pounds to 50 million pounds.

Rates start from 0.61 per cent for regulated bridging and 0.70 per cent for unregulated bridging.
