The lender’s total loan book is now close to £8 billion, with more than £298 million advanced across a variety of products
Specialist property lender Together has set a new benchmark by completing 1,611 loans in October, exceeding its prior record of 1,605 loans achieved in the same month last year.
The lender’s total loan book is now close to £8 billion, with more than £298 million advanced across a variety of products.
Unregulated bridging loans represented a substantial portion of activity, accounting for 681 transactions. In addition, the Cheadle-based property finance provider finalised 377 buy-to-let loans and 208 first charge loans during the month.
Despite facing a difficult and turbulent market, Together continues to go from strength to strength, said Ryan Etchells, chief commercial officer at Together. Achieving a new record for monthly loan completions is an impressive milestone, and a testament to the dedication and expertise of our incredible team.
We’re immensely proud of the people behind this success, colleagues who go above and beyond every day to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers and intermediary partners. Their commitment to providing fast and flexible finance is what sets us apart, he said.
At the heart of everything we do is a genuine desire to help people realise their property ambitions, whether that’s buying their first home, growing a property portfolio, or securing finance for a business venture. Our common-sense approach to lending means we look beyond the numbers to understand each customer’s unique circumstances, and we work to find the right solution for every case, he added.
Earlier in the year, Tanya Elmaz, managing director of intermediary sales at Together, indicated that the company aims to double its loan book within five years, with bridging, buy-to-let, and commercial lending identified as key areas for growth.
