Sirius Property Finance has introduced an asset finance offering, Sirius Asset Finance, to sit alongside its current property debt advice service for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) and high net worth (HNW) clients.

The firm has gone through a soft launch and worked with a number of lenders to offer funding solutions for clients.

It offers options across the hard asset, soft asset and structured asset sectors, and primarily operates in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 space.

Paul Debney, from Sirius Asset Finance, said: As a market leading real estate finance brokerage, we are continuously challenging industry standards, with customer experience at the forefront of our ethos.

Asset finance is a direct parallel for the business and will be a vital part of our strategy moving forward, particularly given our high concentration of SME and high net worth clients. We have already had high levels of demand from our client base, and we see the market as a major growth sector, as well as a necessary business offering for Sirius and Brightstar moving forward.

James Cassidy, from Sirius Asset Finance, added: Our structured asset finance product offering is especially relevant in the present economic environment as it provides clients with the ability to lower their monthly debt liability and deliver a vital cashflow injection.

He added: We are looking to grow organically and recruit in due course. Our infrastructure is in place and pipeline is solid after our soft internal launch, on which we are already finishing on live business. We anticipate many more real estate finance brokerages to follow our lead and extend their offerings to include asset finance.
