More Limestone County property along busy Huntsville-Brownsferry Road is set to be auctioned.
The National Auction Group Inc. of Gadsden plans to auction 78 acres of undeveloped property in eastern Limestone County, adjacent to the Brentwood Village subdivision.
With 1,200 feet fronting Huntsville-Brownsferry Road, the planned sale creates the potential for new development.
“That area is just exploding right now,” said William Bone, president of the auction group.
The auction is set for 11 a.m. March 21 at the Four Points by Sheraton at Huntsville International Airport.
