Dripping Springs-based Plateau Land and Wildlife Management is hosting a presentation for rural landowners to show them how to transition their land to being appraised under wildlife management tax valuation.
According to a news release, the seminar will include an overview of wildlife management property tax valuation; the seven wildlife management activity categories and examples; traditional agriculture vs. wildlife management tax valuation; and state and county requirements.
Plateau Land and Wildlife Management spokeswoman Molly Cleveland said the seminar will benefit landowners who have an agriculture valuation.
