Two firms sign up for spaces at St Modwen Park Stoke South

Two new occupiers have signed up for units at one of North Staffordshire’s biggest industrial estates.

St Modwen Logistics has agreed a deal with Yellow Power and Clinisupplies for space at St Modwen Park Stoke South. While Yellow Power is a power plant equipment supplier, Clinisupplies is a medical devices organisation.

Yellow Power will occupy 27,056 sq ft and Clinisupplies has committed to a 75,225 sq ft unit at the Trentham Lakes site.

Samik Basu, finance and operations director at Clinisupplies, said: As part of our growth plans, we were looking for a site that was well located and would fit our needs now and for the future. Getting our healthcare products to customers quickly is crucial, which is why the location of St Modwen Park Stoke South fits our requirements perfectly.

The site is truly market-leading, and we’re delighted to have secured a building of this quality, he added.

A number of new occupiers have signed up to space at the St Modwen Park Stoke South development at the end of 2020.

This includes energy supplier E.ON, shop fitting and shelving systems specialist Planova UK Ltd and precision components supplier Neida Products Engineering Ltd.

So, the developer has leased 1,060,769 sq ft of space to new customers across the UK since the start of this year.
