UK digital group Zoopla has announced that it has acquired Expert Agent, the cloud-based software firm that provides workflow tools for the property industry.
The acquisition, which is for an undisclosed amount, will see the Somerset software business continue to operate as a standalone business and under its current brand name, sitting next to ZPG Plc.’s stable of property platforms and companies in its Property Services division.
Founded in 2003 in Somerset, Expert Agent has developed a suite of tools to support managerial functions, marketing and communications processes at estate and letting agents.
Zoopla said the business, which joins ZPG brands including PrimeLocation, Hometrack and Property Software Group, complemented its mission to partner with UK property professionals and provide the ‘most useful’ resources.
