Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan took a $75,000 loss in selling their $5.9 million Beverly Hills mansion.

The former couple purchased the home for $6 million in 2015, and took a $5.925 million offer on the property on July 7 after they re-listed the home for $6 million in May, according to the New York Post.

Tatum and Dewan sold the home to a Sacramento asset manager as they continue to hash out financial arrangements stemming from their divorce. Dewan and Tatum were married from 2009 until separating in April of 2018 and finalizing their divorce the next year.

With the listing, the former couple had faced a loss when renovation costs, carrying costs and realtor fees were factored in, according to The Dirt.

The home has been vacant since Tatum and Dewan announced they were splitting up in 2019.

While Tatum moved into a $5.6 million farmhouse in Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon, Dewan opted for a $4.7 million home in Encino.

The property was built in 1950 and extensively rebuilt in 1977 which spans 4,853 square feet.

News of the real estate sale comes after Dewan took to social media on Tuesday looking to clarify remarks she made that Tatum ‘wasn’t available’ after she gave birth to their daughter Everly in 2013, as he was on location working on the movie Jupiter Ascending.

Dewan said she had no intent to make Tatum look bad, and that her statements were ‘distorted’ for the sake of making headlines, as she was trying to illustrate what it was like being a working mother at the time.

It’s unfortunate that countless media outlets have taken an important conversation on a woman’s experience with postpartum issues and pulled quotes to make it appear that I was slamming my daughter’s father, something I would never do, Dewan said. As two working parents, we both face challenges at the time but I speak only for myself and not about him.

Anyone who actually listens to the interview, something I will encourage everyone to do, will clearly see that my words have been distorted for collection to push false, salacious gossip with no regard for the actual people involved, or the message intended.
